Subliminal Audio
I first started making subliminal audios for my son when he was going through a challenging time in his mid-teens and they worked remarkably well.
These triple-layered audios contain not only subliminal affirmations for your subconscious but also direct instructions to dissolve and/or re-imprint any previously held subconscious beliefs which are not in alignment with your intended results. They also contain ‘meta-commands’ which tell your subconscious that you are choosing, and are fully able to choose, at the highest level of your free-will for the audio to work perfectly.
All audio is spoken in the present-tense form of ‘I am’ and ‘I feel’. Whilst some people have suggested that ‘you are’ is a helpful way to deliver subliminals, in my experience this method is less effective as it provides the subconscious mind with the ‘option’ to accept or reject what it perceives to be an outside source of suggestion.

These recordings are all conceived of, created by and spoken by me. They are mixed down with Audacity software and are layered within the sound of rain and thunder which is what you’ll hear whilst playing them. Each audio is 10 minutes long. I ask that if you purchase them, that you only share them with one other person.
As with all transformational journeys, commitment is key. These recordings should be listened to 3 times per day at any time, though ideally first thing in the morning, last thing at night and when you’re feeling relaxed and able to devote time to engage consciously in the present moment. Most people will see results between 4-6 weeks and I recommend using them for 3 months.
